BRISTOL — A woman has openly admitted to spending thousands on cosmetic procedures in pursuit of what she calls the “perfect body,” including a “designer vagina.” Amira Evans, 26, a content creator originally from Bristol who boasts over one million followers on Instagram, shared her journey candidly, explaining why she considers the expense a smart investment for her career. Evans’ first surgery came when she was 22.
It was a labiaplasty, a surgical procedure to reshape or reduce the size of the labia, often referred to as a “designer vagina.” She said the decision was driven by both confidence and physical comfort. “I just didn’t really like how I looked down there,” Evans explained.
“It was more for confidence and comfort as well. Before I had it done, I wasn’t comfortable wearing certain clothing, and it actually caused me a lot of discomfort. So, that was a very quick surgery that made a hell of a difference.” That initial procedure was funded by her ex-partner.
Since then, Evans has paid for all subsequent surgeries herself through her work. She creates content online, meaning her subscribers are essentially funding her transformation.
The total bill so far exceeds £15,000. Her list of procedures extends well beyond the labiaplasty. Evans has undergone breast augmentation, taking her from an A-cup to an F-cup, as well as a Brazilian Butt Lift and other cosmetic surgeries.
She now views the investment in her appearance as the “smartest” move she has made for her business. This is not an isolated case. In the past, another woman admitted to spending around £90,000 on a similar transformation journey.
Evans, however, frames her spending not as vanity, but as a calculated career move. She claims that investing in her look has directly allowed her to build a successful professional life.
